Mee Fight is well-known in my circle of friends, especially those that lived in Taiping or even studied there at some factors in their lives. A number of them swear by its fried noodles. So I managed to get a point to use the fried noodles when Istopped by in Taiping whilst heading south from Penang. At the very least merely to verify the claims. Given fried noodles aren't exactly my preferred food so when I dug in to the freshly prepared mee goreng ayam, We wasn't really impressed simply by the taste of the noodle. I remaining it at that. By particular divine intervention, I had fried noodles again at quite a few random mamak dining places in KL. Not as soon as but three times! Only i quickly realised how I've underappreciated Mee Fight. It was better, After all better by miles, compared to the fried noodles prepared by underpaid cooks in those mamak dining places. Mee Combat owner didn't skimp on the components, the fried poultry was fresh, at the very least not really leftovers from final night's batch & most significantly the fried noodles had been served soon after they had been scooped out from the wok instead of being still left to age group on the counter as the waiters are usually too busy. They have other variations of noodle, fried or with gravy.
