This place may be the worst place to choose Japanese food or introducing a pal, colleague to Japanese food. I reccomend to visit Genki Sushi, sushi king and another Rakuzen store at Gamuda Stroll Kota kemuning. First of all the service was horrible. The area wasvery unorganised and messy. Secondly once the foods was served it had been cold and the seafood skin had not been crispy at all. The sides had been average and measely. Please do not arrived at this sickening outlet. Head to Gamuda Stroll Kota Kemuning Rakuzen outlets for an improved experience.

I am uncertain why this restaurant comes with an average ranking. It can not be much worse than some other Rakuzens. The only real issue with Rakuzen Empire could it be is really a victim of its fame and location. Obtaining a location during weekends without reserving will be almostimpossible. We waited for nearly 45 moments before we obtained a table. Even i quickly would give credit score to the restaurant personnel for trying their finest despite the pressure. The meals came relatively quickly directly after we ordered. Like 7 mins for the appetisers and the dinner sets came ten minutes later. RM209.90 for a family group of two grownups and 5 children is reasonable and nobody complained of insufficient food.

Rakuzen was previously probably the most recommended Japanese cuisine with an acceptable cost. It has deteriorated through the years and it has already been sometime since my final stop by at this branch. The meals just got even worse. I was offered with natural chicken onmy set food. The quantity of chicken items was also so small, probably only 5-6 pcs sufficient reason for one raw! Taste furthermore just so so.

Couldn't realize why this cafe is underrated. I had lunch time here with the fam. We were all satisfied. Those were good meals. Love a whole lot those sashimis. I came across the staffs are friendly though.

I have already been coming here for quite some time and at the start the meals and service here had been good. But nowadays the typical here has drop therefore lowbelow par that its offers be come actually bad. Talk about getting a off day, they're having a off 12 months... Bad bad bad

Bad service. Travelled an extended distance to come right here and the waitress stated they're closed. When I mentioned the kitchen continues to be open because we generally arrive at this time around she said forget about seats when there have been.
