Inadequate service especially employees who responsible for cashier (Indian female). She said just obtained wings and drumstick however, not long when i ordered, they put plenty of freshly fried poultry. She could’ve just explained ‘If you need thigh you should wait a couple of minutes”. Rather she straightly mentioned we don’t possess other areas of chicken apart from drumstick and wings. Dissatisfied. Imagine you order 2 pcs of poultry but obtain both drumstick.

Inadequate service, long wait around at the counter for meals to be packed. After looking forward to 15 minutes, I could finally place an purchase. The answer she explained was that there is no chicken! KFC does not have any chicken! When there is no poultry, the visitors will tell the visitors immediately if they enter! Waited such a long time to tell! I am hoping the relevant devices can follow up

Visited kfc summit on Fri 3rd June for lunch time. Cashier perempuan seorang sangat x peramah. Macam xnak kerja. Cara jawab soalan pun mcm nak xnak. Pelik kenapa orang mcm ni boleh kerja bahagian depan..patut duduk di dapur.

Employees not competent. Setiap kali ke sini mesti ada je product yang tak ada. Employees suka bergurau senda borak-borak macam tak ada kerja. Supervisor pun tak tegur malah turut bergurau sama. Lebih dari 30 minit masa menunggu untuk siap. Baik tutup je terus tak payah buang masa employ pekerja buang masa pelanggan.
