Went with my mother for supper because Jyu Raku has been fully booked, so we'd no selection but to consume here. We positioned our purchase with the waitress also it was quickly submitted. I was just a little hungry in those days and hoped that the meals will arrive quickly. We were offered our set aspect dishes first that i thought was odd because they would usually include everything. Then my mother got her foods within 25mins that was needlessly to say and I believed mine will arrive shortly but I was designed to await another 40mins after many checks with the waitress. Among looking forward to my food, there have been several tables that emerged uo to the counter and mentioned they too have already been waiting for at the very least an hour and something family of 5 simply left. This is our last stop by at this establishment as the customer service was nearly non existent. Foods was decent.

Pretty typical Japanese place. Was extremely quiet at lunch time and difficult to find car parking outside. Service had been friendly and staff good but found the discovered the meals to be average

Overall food flavor is okay however the meals came extremely slow. Near 1 hour await the food to reach. Won't come again.

Hyotan, please upgrade your website. Hyotan will not open at 5.30pm but 6.00pm.We have there been yesterday at 5.30pm also it was closed. Another restaurants got our company. ;)
