皮の生地はサクサク、餡は私が選んだのは塩気がすこしきいた黄色のホロホロ餡でした。豆沙餅　美味しかったです。（3種類頼んだはずなのに、同じ物が3個入っていたので(^_^;) 他の味は別な機会に食べてみたいです。
