To me, all of the kom pian created from Cheng Li Biscuit shop and its types including Hock Chiang piang are freshly baked and the aroma of the pian and its own texture are simply ideal to taste. Not really too soft rather than too hard to chew. Also, they're less greasy, actually better than all of those other kom piang shops in Kg.Koh and Sitiawan.
