Open-air concept restaurant and patron mainly by the village folks. Usually peaceful and become quite crowded during CNY period as they are the only real restaurant operating for supper. Pertang is really a small city with generally Hakka clan, the eating place owner/chef can be a Hakka. Therefore they serve typical Chinese Hakka dishes just like the braised pork with yam (客家芋头扣肉), fried pork tummy (客家炸肉), steam Tilapia with exclusive sauce, buddha's yam band (佛钵), and the boss' particular fried “Mao Dan Xia" (毛丹虾). Pertang is often a small city and everyone knows one another, the restaurant become really lively when everyone around you speaking in loud Hakka!

The chef was trained & worked in big restaurant ahead of setting up their own back again at hometown. Essential visit place if you are in Pertang, Meals is surprisingly good & very reasonable.
