will certainly go again...wonderful environment, with great seafood rather than so expensive. whenever we where there, the crab has been coming in at rm80/kg...with other shops selling at rm90/kg...fine big crabs.

Batu Kawan has several seafood famous dining places but Prawn Village is really a clearly contender for the very best spot. Great taste, affordable pricing and hostile employees. Dinner would continually be specific if Prawn Village may be the spot.

Brought my partner to Prawn Village to test some simple seafood meals. Since it was simply two of us, we'd organic soup with grouper slices, calamari rings, belacan poultry and stir-fried veg. The fish soup was what we came for; also it wasgood.

Among a lot of comparable dining places nested on the backwater Lender this is a well-known joint for group eating. You can pick the seafood including fish, crab, prawn etc.. A common menu is steam seafood with several types like in soy sause, in a spicygravy, tomyam etc. Zero vegetarian dishes no English speaking staff who could possibly be rude is you do not speak Chinese. Can get a dining knowledge, just choose the food like the majority of of the joints at OK costs. Best in the event that you go with an area and in an organization.

Several 12 folks on our way from Penang Airport terminal to Ipoh for a makan makan trip made a decision to bear the hunger some time to have lunch time at Bukit Tambun rather than likely to a restaurant close to the airport. The visit guide recommendedus to consume the Prawn Village. There have been plenty to pick from the menus and there is a banner with images of the recommended meals. We ordered 5 meals for the 12 folks. The Grouper with natural soup was great; another great dish was the poultry wings marinated with nam yu (rather than prawn paste). Most of us ordered younger coconut for the drinks - sadly the coconut weren't youthful! Good program and the meal price us RM250. The big round desk got a lazy Susan turner that was best for the 12 folks. Some people enjoyed taking pictures of the angling village with the boats parked across the sungai (Sungai Jawi). Usually a good meal.

Restaurant’s close to the river and will focus on large group. Meals is tasty and affordable - market costs are shown by the tanks. It had been my first experience with horse-footwear crabs! Restaurant’s clean like the toilets.

An associate of our Dragon Boat group suggested we try out this restaurant for supper on a Saturday evening. Total crew of 12 attended. Spirits ltd to beer however, not very chilled. 2 forms of fish, teamed & strong fried were good. Greatest dish for mewas the noodles I observed ordered by way of a local. Most interesting had been the Curry Prawn that found its way to a loaf of bread bowl that experienced a foil lining. Some odd the very best curry I've tasted. That said, with the plethora of Seafood dining places available I believe we'll wait a little before our return. 540RM total costs which includes 3 L Tiger beer. Might use some interest to the health of tables, chairs & cloths.

Don’t bother Program is lousy and meals quality is substandard. Cost range is medium. Part is not appropriate for it’s price.

Was alright. Have gone there two times this past year for seafood with 2 other friends. Assistance was average. Cost was reasonable. Food - delicious.
