Well, sushi Tie may be the only Japanese eating place within Sibu since years back. Sushi King has opened up, but Sushi Tie continues to be the very best restaurant in Sibu.

Simply checked into RH Resort and wanted a place to possess lunch time. Stumbled into Sushi Tie. The name appeared to be enjoying on the more popular Sushi Tei and we didn't expect an excessive amount of from the restaurant. Boy were we bad. Orderedshime saba sushi, poultry katsu don, wife experienced spicy ramen and oyster. I QUICKLY saw they had Yakitori created in Japanese on the walls of the cafe. And just to test drive it our, purchased that too. Shime Saba sushi was sensible between rice part and thickness of the seafood slice and the vinegar marinade was perfectly. The spicy ramen soup has been flavorful and strike the right notes heading down the hatch. Sufficient of a kick heading down. However it had been the oyster and the yakitori that got me quit the waitress and have if the chef has been Japanese. Having resided in Japan for 7 many years, the oyster and yakitori cut back reminiscences of Izakaya dining. Actually authentic flavors and planning. Wished to go again prior to departing Sibu but cannot find the time. Will be our head to destination next time we have been in Sibu.
