We ate here on 2 occasions during our brief 3-night stay static in Kingwood Hotel inside Sibu. It was an extremely brief walk from the resort because the cafe was simply behind the automobile park of the resort. We found the meals tobe very delicious and special! Our favorites are usually Mushroom roll, Payung rojak, Pomelo salad, Otak-otak and Payung Seafood! We loved the cosy ambience also it was great in order to relax and eat in a good cafe during the night The waiter from India was quite pleasant and helpful in recommending their residence specialties. The Chinese boss had been friendly and apologetic whenever we had to wait around quite a long time to be offered on our 2nd visit because they had plenty of customers then! We will definitely come back if we ever come across ourselves in Sibu once again!

We were there to use their snack meals such as ice lotion, rojak, cakes and all are nice! Specifically the ice lotion! Will recommend family and friends to go there.

Payung Cafe and its own owner Peter Ting in no way fail to serve probably the most appealing and delicious foods to its customers. Even though shop is small, located in a little little corner fairly close to the Rajang riverside, and within strolling distance of 3 or 4 resorts,it captures the creativity of gourmets and common diners. All the meals are recommendable. So have a look at its menus and its own face book. It really is worth a trip and an excellent meal.

Worth a trip! On Fridays, it's popular for this " Thunder Rice" where it's known for this goodness and its own cleanses the system. End up being warned it's bitter. It requires to be pre-ordered. The dinner menu isn't too awful in flavours and portion size.

We was really looking towards dining as of this restaurant due to the great write-up it got in my own guide book.Just what a disappointment!!We arrived to dine at 5.50 pm-the cafe opens at 6 pm.Employees were prompt and We placed my purchase. The mushroom soup arrived promptlybut it had been watery and only lukewarm...I looked forwards to an improved main course....Nonetheless it had not been to be.Meanwhile a desk of 5 or 6 people arrived plus they placed their order....Period passed and I noticed that them all were served-eventhough We had arrived before them.I made two tries to discover WHEN my food will be ready. At 6.40 pm I was told that my food had been prepared" at the moment"...I have been in the eating place for almost an hr at this time and all We had received was mushroom soup and a coke...I covered those and left...An extremely disappointing experience.

No complaints concerning the food in fact. Ordered mushroom soup, their signature mushroom rolls plus some chicken dish. Quite filled with flavour and herbs. But menu not a lot of. Nothing very much to shout about. Location quite cozy but no atmosphere cond. Overall, has possible to end up being agreat cafe if even more local food could be served.

Located Lanang Street, the main business section of Sibu town .Kingwood Resort as her background. The menu recipes are special,a lot of them self-created by owner who served healthcare foods . Hakka design "Lei-Cha" tea with seven forms of vegetable mixtures may be the great order.

They've done a little bit of renovating to the area - more spacious now so when always, extremely uniquely special in its decoration and ambiance. Apart from lei cha (thunder tea) lunchtime on Thursdays and Fridays, there is also nasi biryani and nasi kerabu lunchtime onweekends. Additional favourites still obtainable but I noticed some have been removed the menu. Still an excellent place to dine also to hang out!
