東西很好吃，但就是服務態度稍微欠佳。明明算錯錢，三個人站在那邊一語不發。在我給她們看了數據後是馬上退錢，但過程一句不好意思都沒有。真的感覺很不好。三顆星是給東西好吃，兩顆是態度。感覺很不舒服。

I purchased 25 chocolate mousse out of this store. 5 chocolate mousse I took earlier, they supplied knife with 5 big candles given that they explained it's free. But when I collect 20 chocolate mousse on fathers time, they cost me RM 0.30 for every candles. It was completely unfair and unprofessional to include on sudden costs for free stuff. Actually the package for the cakes had been supplied by me. I has been asking them why are usually u charging free of charge stuff plus they keep telling tales. Finally I compensated it. It remaining me with dissatisfaction. I took bulky purchase somemore, so you must have think. You men need to improvise on that. Because all bakeries, offers candles, knife and box free of charge. Overall the flavor was good.

Saya sangat gemar roti dan Portugis tart di kedai, oleh itu, saya sering ke little stove walaupun saya tinggal jauh. Namun, saya sangat, sangat, tidak berpuas hati dengan sikap pelayan, tidak ramah sama sekali. Apabila saya bertanya sambil tersenyum, mereka nampak acuh tak acuh saja. Saya cadangkan supaya pekerja-pekerja diberi latihan agar tidak memburukkan status little oven.

We ordered cake for my moms birthday and ask for to create Birthday wishes upon the cake plus they given me a bit of paper to create the message, i quickly given back the papers with my information, a couple of minutes later the girl brought a chocolate cards with my wishes at the top, but to my surprise she simply hold the chocolate cards with her bare fingers, and We said how do you suppose to simply accept this when you are heading to wear it the surface of the cake, at least work with a glove. She replied me that she washed her fingers earlier, OMG, folks are struggling from COVID worldwide and this sort of unhygienic treatment actually make me be concerned. Sorry but I can’t accept this type of irresponsible service trigger first points when I place the cake up for grabs my 5 and 7 year old child will search for the chocolate, pls become responsible. When a client walks in your store, they believe you men follow the typical SOPs and function them quality food.

The “supervisor” - Caesar offered a terrible customer support. Bought a poultry floss Swiss roll this past year and it has been meh, with exactly the same man - Caesar made a decision to give this store a chance again this time around, but too poor, he introduced disappointments AGAIN. That is my last period coming to here. Will never be visiting here any longer due to the “excellent” customer support from Caesar.
