Ordered some meals and was advised foods queue order had been long and have to wait awhile..therefore i agreed, one hour an the half later no beverages no food...at the very least send drinks continues to be ok, only once i found the counter and have then just they prepared the meals..good job in the customer service, zero apologies what so ever...lost my urge for food to consume already by enough time i acquired my food

Kena menunggu masa yang agak lama untuk terima purchase. Makanan kurang menepati selera. Harga makanan & minuman yang sangat mahal. Orang2 yang terdesak saja akan makan di situ. Buffet breakfast untuk resort sebelah juga di sediakan tapi menus yang biasa2 sahaja. Pernah kena buffet breakfast dengan karipap macam semalam punya dan di panaskan semula hingga hangit dan hitam. Ini tidak harus berlaku. Pekerja kurang peramah.

Bad service, Staff response demand room service is fairly rude, and the most severe on the list of menu provided, just Nasi Goreng can be acquired. I would recommend, Id Cafe, do not place the menus in Pegasus Hotel's Area or please take action to produce a new change. Thanks.

If I can provide no star...I'd. Whole cafe just got about 10 clients and each is eating when I emerged in. Made my purchase, waited a quarter-hour and apparently they completely forgot about my purchase. Zero purchase in queue plus they can have the ability to forget to achieve that one purchase for me. Splendid.
