Your system is really a bit odd and incredibly inefficient. Shipping stated ETA 40 mins, I'm fine with it. Once the time reach 2 a few minutes, which mean to get ready the meals takes 38 moments. Left 2 mins from ETA, the driver can pick out and reach within 2 minutes from cafe to my foorstep. Will be this practical?

We ordered 3 meats mixed rice and requested for several lean meat. Foods arrived with all extra fat meats! No lean pork (charsiew and Siewyuk) at all :(
