Kalau boleh, tak ada superstar. Satu jam tunggu makanan, rupanya purchase tak masuk cooking area. Salahkan sistem sebab tak masuk program. Kenapa tak salahkan diri sendiri, tak check purchase.. and kenapa atmosphere boleh sampai, makanan tak sampai?. and employees tak minta maaf sikit pun, rather, salah sistem.. VERY Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Pada 11/7/22 saya beli kek SR kat Aeon Sbn2 harga rm108. lebih utk hari jadi cucu… sampai rumah terus nasuk dlm freeze… mlm kita keluarkan dr freeze tak sampai 10 minit kek dah melepek cair… bak mkn pun tak selera… teruk betul harga makin naik tp high quality kek makin parah…hai proprietor SR tolong pantau high quality kek2 yg kamu jual… kek tapi meloyakan utk di majan…

The pink red uniform guy was polite. Employees with dark uniform was quite rude, very rude right from the start till the end. Lunch time beginning 12pm and we proceeded to go around 1155 sat down and he began yelling to us rather than stating it to us. We calmly questioned for cutlery and further order cake he actually mentioned 'seriously' with a disappointed tone and ignore client when they talk with him. Just really poor service. Food also not really nice, fried rice had been tasteless, hor fun tasted poor, spaghetti really was slow.
