you should believe when individuals said that the services is bad. Its horrible. the lady at the counter these days had been so rude. the waitress simply put the qr program code up for grabs and move. didn't explain absolutely nothing. this ph is good for the institution students who don't value services. train your employees. I dont come right here to consume for free

If i can provide 0 stars. I'll. If I create 10 orders to any PH in Seremban, 9 from it will be smudged. Ordered 1 huge beef pepperoni and 1 regular aloha pizza yesterday evening. What we got has been garbage/ probably leftover from somebody dining in. Image for reference. Oh and in addition, make sure you educate your staffs to learn their menus. Distinction of Aloha Poultry and Chicken Pepperoni. This type of disappointment. Again and again.

28/2/22 4/5pmThis is my First-time ,leave a bad evaluation..Inhospitable.Bad customer support :( .. (a malay female cashier/waitress)she didn’t wear her title tag therefore i am unable to provide her title.-she spotted me previously at the pizzahut entrance ,and We waited her to assist me (as will have to check on my sejahtera before walk within ) but she acted such as she didnt see me (+ We was carrying my toddler nephew ) therefore i tot mayb she ws too occupied to serve me ..however in the finish she just turn out and verify my sejahtera within an unfriendly manner-short tempered-asked for a child seat and she didnt assist me to go on it so I need to take it without any help (while We carrying my toddler nephew)-my mother asked for a fresh plate because the plate that she gave is oily ,but she simply pointed the plate area so my mom need to go on it by herself ..-throwing temper to customer not merely me-not happy while cleansing table keep producing noise such as dragging the seat etc.-didn’t serve foods (kitchen staff serve all of us)There’s only 2 tables of customer while I actually walk in therefore i am uncertain why she actually is so uncomfortable to workReally spoiled me n my mom feeling :(But food is great , But the service have to improve. (Particularly when you're cashier or waitress/supervisor place )P/S:the only real friendly staff may be the Indian girl (kitchen personnel)

Wasnt served by anyone. Walked directly into an empty desk and start buying with the QR program code up for grabs. Restaurant only had 1 other table with 2 pax. Seen a man staff running occasionally simply by himself. But constantly serving with a grin. Very helpful. Food is excellent too. Administration should hire more employees.

Malay young lady with tudung (Cashier) explained that private pizza is 6 rmCame this another malay man from kitchen and push to consider with combo.Associated with sites left to a lot(banyak sites kita kat kitchen). Informed him that nalay girl already explained that can get ala carte pizze after that this malay guy stated "cannot mummy tak bagi" Questioned him,whos mummy? Your mommy? Stares at me and mentioned no mummy in cooking area.Therefore stupid la you ppl forcing to get with combo! It's our wish,we wanna consider ala carte or combo.Worst serv ever! Get back to your mummy and near this outlet!
