1st time beli kfc kene tunggu lebih sejam. Lain kali kalo tak boleh nak manage tutup la drive thru tu. Drive thru ko ambik kt kaunter pun ko ambik order jugak. Order da berlambak2 tetap ambik, sudahnya ramai yg menunggu.. Tak pasal2 berbuka kt situ. habis yg tengah menunggu dekat rumah macam mana?? Management failed!
