We discovered this place while traveling around finding a spot to eat. Very fascinating concept - you select your food; vegetables, meats, seafood, etc. But ahead of that, you should choose your sauces, spiciness (mild, spicy, additional and severe) and soup or dryoptions. We selected More and the Dry out option... The meals is all cooked, and served in huge bowl to be shared (there is 4 folks) - best taken with rice. Very nice, a touch too spicy for me personally. But were able to finish all :) Great flavor and experience. I believe next time i'll choose the spiciness a tat little bit lower..
