    We several 4, original traveling from Ipoh to Matang, Taiping for seafood porridge, through the journey we modification ours mine to Serdang, Kedah. Consider the NS highway exit of Bandar Baharu, turn directly into Jalan Serdang (street to Kulim), it consider around 15minor 14km to attain the destination. Is really a Siam and Chinese (Teow Chew) combine cuisines, have to try their finest fried porridge, Kerabu mango/guava, cockles, steam seafood, tom yam prawn (really spicy, unfortunately we missed that one) & their homemade plum juice. If not mistaken, that is Malaysian Teow Chew foods, in accordance with old saying, this meals create because of frugal or could be poverty. Chinese utilized to fried yesterday unfinished, suppose porridge could be as well, that's how this foods emerge. We purchase their porridge, steam seafood, cockles, kerabu & plum juice for 4 person just cost us RM70 (while fuel & tolls cost the same...sweating) .     After a visit to Penang, we produced a detour to the place on our in the past to Ipoh. The street was quite winding & since it was darkish, the trip appeared as if hrs.We found this cafe specialized was Fried Porridge. Flavor was quite uncommon butOK.

    This was previously our favorite annual eating place because of the unique fried porridge, clams, kerabu apple produced famous by Ah Sian's program. Have already been going for days gone by 8-10 years. Nevertheless since their latest renovation that noticed the old wooden developing being transformed tomodern brick developing, we feel just like it's lost a few of its mojo. The meals never appear to improve and even worse of all attitude/ program of a waitress is actually poor. It's not exactly the same aik Kee any more, will probably stop going.
