    The food was excellent, the waiting time was alright. Nevertheless the service was horrible. No smile. It’s just like the waiters didn’t like us to end up being there. We purchased lunch time set and another normal menu, which evidently was more expensive compared to the set with exact same content,however the waiter didn’t inform us anything. We'd to wait for the change, until we'd to ask. Get a table close to the front, as the back again part was really smokey. Probably the exhaust program doesn’t work. I believe it only survives because of the food.

    There was a lot of eating joint within gateway mall klia2. We were hungry and wished to have more than simply a burger. It had been around 9pm and the positioning was abit hidden. Situated at L3, from the escalator(heading towards departure hall) switch to the rightjust beside mcD & kenny rogers. We ordered the complete chicken platter with 4 reg sides & bottomless beverages. The area was crowded with individuals however the service was quick. We didn't need to scream for the servers' attention (that is clearly a plus!) and the trainees approached us to request if you want to refill our drinks.

    Nando’s getting noticed worldwide will be able to keep to exactly the same good specifications. They perform for the product quality and taste of poultry, however all the relaxation are usually out of steam. Half smokey poultry with roasted vegetables were excellent. Juicy meats and not overcooked. ACesar salad was entire another story. Salad might have been good. I must say COULD, however too much mayonnaise have been added. The service was good, staff was attentive and the meals came very quickly at all. Airline staff also appear to favor this place. Would recommend for basic meat and roasted veggies.

    Had a meal whilst transiting to Japan. We knowledge an extremely bad time, generally from the mindset of the staff. 1) while requesting assist with order our food, they wave people off and continue talk with their colleagues. 2) while requesting drinksrefill, we'd to hope the employees would look up instead of standing looking outside or even at the wall. 3) while requesting beverages refill (again), the personnel (mainly a mall employees named Quyyum) appears really annoyed and offer an extremely unhappy expression. He actually asked if we needed ice, once we couldn’t realize his word the 1st time, we inquire him to do it again and he provided the expression to be annoyed and rolled his eye. I’m uncertain if he could be a supervisor or whatsoever. But mindset to the client is priority. If refilling beverages is this type of pain, after that wouldn’t it be excellent if you give a jug instead? Of course not absolutely all personnel are as poor, there are some younger staff which are more energetic and focused on their work. A clap for them. I really do hope the administration would take some activity as my family and in addition friends always stop by for Nandos in Malaysia, and We wouldn’t tolerate another disrespect such as this.

    Maybe its as the restaurant is quite very crowded following a huge group to arrive or possibly the waiter is tired. I really like eating at Nando's, specifically their peri-peri sauce. Succulent chicken... clean salad, soup and delicious bread plus beautiful desserts for my partner. Buthey, I'm not reviewing the meals here, however the attitude of the waiters at Nando's KLIA2. 1. After the team left, why nobody clears up tables when you guys understood there's client waiting to become seated? 2. The waiter keeps speaking with one another when I hailed and when I involves the counter many of them walks apart as though avoiding me... a having to pay consumer. A trainee (I'm uncertain but she wore various apparel from additional waiters) acts us with grin and apologize on her behalf friends behavior however the damage is done. 3. Another blow, when I will pay, the cashier keeps speaking with another waiter speaking in Melayu abaut me and the desk close to me (negatively offcourse). When I react in Melayu, these were crazily panics but no-one apologize. Since I need to catch my trip, therefore i just walks away. Well, the cooks carrying out nice dishes however the waiter ruins the client experience and evaluation. I hope the administration reads this and do something positive about this.
