Absolutely horrendous service and appalling quality of food on my first and last visit in this location - popped into the 1U outlet at about 9pm for a quick dinner, and ended up leaving hungry🤕💥. Not a single word of apology came from the wait worker, or even any update that the cooking would take so long to be served🙁. Instead the wait worker purposely dodged us when we called them.

The Siu Mai probably besidesk 40 minutes as it needed to thaw from the freezer. Definitely one another worst spots you can visit in 1U if you're looking for a decent meal🙁🙁😩. Absolutely horrendous service and appalling quality of food on my first and last visit in this location - popped into the 1U outlet at about 9pm for a quick dinner, and ended up leaving hungry. The gravy noodles was bland, and sorely lacking in ingredients - three tiny slivers of pork, a few carrots and starch.
