Located in Puchong, Mimi Nguyen offers many Vietnamese dishes that other restaurants in KL don't offer. The variety of the menu is very high. We were grouo of 7 with a baby. We arrived around 6.30 pm for dinner time because by 7.30 pm, the restaurant becoming so full. Here is my review: Food: I ordered Banh Mi and Beef noodle soup (which I forgot the name because it wasn't pho). Banh Mi was okay but not exceptional, the chicken was a bit dry and jot much flavor, however the bread was one of the best here, which reminded me of the bread in Vietnam. The highlight of the night was the noodle soup. Exceptional!!! I also tried the sticky rice with chicken and duck tounge!! It was my first tine eating that. It was okay but not exceptional. We also ordered desert as well, flan, banana cakes, and cassave cake. I liked all of them just the portion was a bit too big for yhe banana and cassava cake. Drinks: I ordered ice coffee, which was exceptional and I also taste the milk tea and the ice tamarind. All were good!! Service: all staffs are vietnamese, we have our vietnamese friends who ordered for us. If night getting busier just prepare yourself that the serving time will take longer. Price: very reasonable, between 9-13 rm for banh mi and noodle. Verdict: will go back again for the noodle and bread!!!

I never usually leave such bad reviews but this was one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to! Read the reviews they are RIGHT! I thought I'd give them a chance and came here with no expectations and then.. my order came out half an hour after each other, the waitress forgot to write down half my order so I waited another HOUR and on top of tht you see all the waitresses and workers running around for no apparent reason at all. Coming around to see what was missing off our order then each time I told them theyd bring out ONE thing. Food came out cold, and flavorless. Just terrible ! Don't understand how they are still so busy! Oh yes, forgot to mention they don't have half their menu!

An amazing venue for Vietnamese cuisine. If you love Viet food this is a MUST GO as it serves much more authentic food and a large variety of food as compared to the more commercialized Viet food stores. Ingrudients are fresh and the broth and sauces in most food bring out the flavours of the ingridients. Best Viet food store I've been to thus far.PS: Don't confuse it for its vegetarian branch which is just beside it.

They used to occupy a single shoplot in the middle of the same row which saw customers spilling onto the walkway. That one has been turned into their vegetarian branch after they relocated to the corner lot which had more space. Still, that doesn't mean that you don't have to wait for your food. Both my visits were for dinner so I didn't get to try the famous Vietnamese drip coffee.

Taste of food consider ok but portion damn small and take long time for serving. Will considering for second visit...........................
