The boss knows the right concoction to making my salad🥄. I could never resist my favourite, the cucur udang(prawn fritters) and had frequently requested for extras which he happily obliges.

Under the hot zinc roof, I indulged as it is best eaten immediately in that the fritters and julienne vegetables will wilt and lose its crunchy texture🍕. I waited patiently as he piled up the deep stir-fried and boiled ingredients, topped with eggs, blanched bean sprouts, strips of fresh cucumber and turnip before drizzling it with sweet and spicy peanut sauce.

For takeaways- he will pack the salad and the sauce in separate bags🤡. It looks messy yet it's a perfectly scrumptious mess🙂🙂. Look out for his mini truck with Kabir on it.
