A rather different tweak to those I had at Dining Hall and Gaucho Grill previously, the French style snail recipes over in this position serves up a more garlicky flavour albeit still on a milder note with a slight playful addition of mashed potatoes in the middle to soak up the essence of the yettery gravy. Doused with a smidgen of parsley using unsalted yetter, it makes a decent appetizer which I don’t mind it to be more flavourful.
