Cake Jalan Tiung. Am I even at the right place? Was told that they serve the best cake ever that it'd make you to come back for more. I guess my taste bud was not functioning really well that day since all I got was disappointment. Pretty drawing on my hot chocolate but that didn't blow me away. Extra point on the effort but my overall experience was not worth the money I spent. Nevertheless, will try to come back here and buy the best-selling item (I don't think the salted caramel chocolate cake is the best-seller since I've tried that). Hope to have a good one in the future. :)

The place is quite "tersembunyi" and small. But the cakes are incredibly delicious! And the price aren't that pricy either. Definitely going to come there again! 😋💞

One fine weekend, Alicia and I decided to trek all the way to Shah Alam to try the cakes at the currently popular Cake Jalan Tiung. Thinking that it was late afternoon and was a weekend, we thought it would be less crowded but we were so wrong - it was packed!. I liked how they used paper birds as deco at their counter - simple but clever way of infusing soft and hard lines. I wonder if it had to do with the burung tiung or Mynah bird.

When i was here, there's a lot of hipsters ordering only 2 cakes and free flow drinks. Such a view! Lol. Anyway, cake is really really nice but coffee taste cheap. Taste like nescafe or is it? But seriously just came here for cakes. They are marvelousssss.

I like the fact that the place are quite hidden unlike most cafe's so that's a bonus. The drinks are so-so but the cakes are good. They have quite a selection for cakes and I like the cake that were recommended by the staff. They have free flowing water just in case you feel overwhelmed by the sweetness so that's a thumb's up as well. Just one thing, the creampuffsaurus that they put on the instagram are not huge at all. It is in fact very small that my tiny hand can cover it. The taste are still good nevertheless, it's just that I expect the creampuff would be much bigger.

Even though the place here quite pack, but the cake and cookies here taste wonderful I guaranteed!! If anyone would like to come here, I suggest for you not to forget to vet yourself their cookies!

Heard of this place for a very long time. Came here for the first time somewhere around last year, which was introduced by my boyfriend. I really like the cakes and the concept. They would change type of cakes every week. My personal favorite is their Breezy Sue pavlova. It's not super sweet like everywhere else. The fruits and cream they used minimized the sweetness of the meringue by contrasting sweet and sour taste. Their cookies are also something else. Served hot and crunchy with a cup of cold milk. The perfect and right way of eating cookies. Their coffees are not as bad. But if you get the wrong barista, the coffee might change in flavor. The actual taste of the coffee is slightly nutty/chocolaty. Which is nice. The place is small, so it might be packed and loud at times. Now, if only this staff here are friendly or at least smily, I would've given them 5 stars. But I'm not complaining, they dont charge service tax and what not and they aren't rude as well. I still go there for desserts whenever I'm in Shah Alam.

Was excited to come here at first, when i walked into the door i saw the place was indeed nice n cosy. The interior, the lighting (they have a big glass window which serves a great lighting for selfies and photography). However when we had the cake, it was a major dissapointment. It was dry. My friend also came over to this place the next day all the way from johor and was excited just like i did. However he was also turned off by the cakes. Nothing special about the cakes. Mybe we've tasted better. Too bad. Please improve on your cakes.

Cake dia sedap. Tapi memang bukan hardcore cake eater... so ok la.Suka kopi dia. Pakai seleksi bean yg menarik.Hot choc dia best.Tapi yang terbest ialah ambient dia. Kalu nak lepak2 layan minda dan jana kreativiti memang 'on'.
