Went here with close friends on Saturday 29 April, 2017 and it's really newly opened. I has been told that the cafe is currently in its 4th 30 days operating. Simple and contemporary ambiance with adequate amount of chairs for all kind of customers from specific to large group.Car parking is not an concern, there are lots around. Staffs were attentive, friendly and polite. The eating place is atmosphere conditioned and which makes people feel comfy inside it. The menu is of several pages with choices of Center Eastern Cuisine to International options for its mains. The employees told me that you will see a lot more options in per month or two. Snack foods can be found as well. I rated my eating experience being an excellent one not merely because of its ambiance and friendly staffs but specifically for it dishes which are of top quality in both flavor and presentation. Clear and 5 star presentation I say. The taste specifically for their Chicken Mandy, Lamb Honeed and Al Hamra Lamb Shank Mandy were exceptional. I acquired all three (posting with a pal of course!). There is zero fault whatsoever. I really do recommend the avocado specific to all or any future customers, the very best I had up to now in 2017. Because of its overall quality, I would recommend this cafe to anyone likely to arrived at Kota Kinabalu. Though its situated about 20 KM from the town, getting here's pretty easy. Yes!!! I'm finally back again to Tien Tien Lai after my very first visit - actually I had come two times before publishing this, as my associate's workplace is of this type and he furthermore got addicted to the char siew and siew yuk after Iintroduced him to the restaurant. But these 2 appointments I got eventually to try Mum's curry mee and chee cheong fun which are not used to me. The eating place is still going solid and on lunchtime, packed with lots of people looking forward to tables. My M.O would be to go before 12pm way prior to the lunch crowd begin trickling in and also so I still need to queue up for the famous roasted meats. ◾Tian Tian Roasted Poultry Rice - the most well-known stall in this cafe. Simply go there and you will understand why - the queue never ever stops. However the patience will undoubtedly be rewarded with the view of mouthwatering melt-in-the-mouth properly caramelised char siew, in addition to the awesome 5-level roasted pork belly + that crock crock good as you sink one's teeth into the crispy pores and skin. Roasted chicken deserves exclusive talk about with the tender meats too... a lot of people will opt for rice but also for me, I'd consume the meat only. ◾Mum's curry mee - the curry soup had not been too solid not too thin with the proper creaminess consistency. They will have the quintessential cockles along with the curry chicken, lengthy bean, bean sprout, pork epidermis (yes!), taufu pok, etc. ◾ Curry chee cheong fun - for reasons uknown I that can compare with their curry although I needed to purchase the CCF substances with sweet sauce at first. Add-on of sesame and fried onions had been quite good. ◾Kopi Si Peng & Teh Si - mostly of the places that produce good Kopi/Teh that i like. So tough to get in Klang Valley today. Love the truth that this place is quite near my partner's workplace and I could jio him here everytime I review.
