Well.. table not clear.. and its own not pick period its close to 6.30pm.. All of the staff in your kitchen no one doing desk cleaning...when customer remaining one hour ago.And a person just stroll in and her child vomiting.. she were able to clean up the ground by herself.. but after she left... no employees arrive outside to mop the ground... I was presently there for almost one hour.. poorly managed restaurant..

I've bad experience here...nowadays is a mother's time...saya dari ampang singgah ke key recipe rawang sebab nak hantar anak2 sybalik asrama...anak2 saya adalah anak yatim 6 orang...mereka talk about adik beradik sorang rm10 nak beli hadiah untuk saya sempena moms day time...jadi saya bawa mereka singgah key recipe rawang untuk belanja mereka makan...Firs't...kami dah duduk dalam setengah jam masih tiada pelayan yg dtg ambil purchase...jadi saya suruh anak saya panggil personnel untuk ambil order...after that employees tu jawab boleh purchase di kaunter sedangkan meja lain boleh je dia pegi ambil purchase kenapa sampai change saya dia suruh purchase di kaunter?Then next...lepas sejam baru makanan sampai itu pun satu2 dengan xde bagi sudu dan garfu...setiap kali makanan sampai nak kena remind untuk bagi sudu dan garfu sekaliThen sampai kami semua dah habis makan kek yg kita increase tak sampai2...tunggu punya tunggu bila tanya rupanya kek yg kita nak dah habis...lepas tu suruh tukar kek lain pun berejam tunggu dah lah minta air flow kosong x sampai...sampai ke sudah...final2 kek tu minta bungkus je...Disebabkan hal ni saya jadi lambat hantar anak ke asrama...thus saya sangat berharap lah pihak key recipe dapat menpertingkatkan lagi servis anda di masa kan datang...terima kasih

Kedai tutup pkol 10mlm. I dtg pkol 9 ngam2, dorg da setup nk closing therefore tak byak option utk dimakan sb dpur da tutup. Dpt makan cake n mkanan yg pakai stove je. Sedih !!! Lepas tu 9.30pm da tutup gril. Kami yg tgu ank2 makan ni terpakse tapau sbb tgl kami je dlm tu. Tak patot. Mnta pihak HQ /manager Top secret Rawang ni tolong titikberatkan. Terima kasih

Didnt obtain the cake on my birthday celebration whenever we ask they said they make an effort to call but nobody answers the telephone there's not 1 missed called attempting to make excuses thus dissatisfied and disappointed I cannot slice cake on my birthday celebration they didnt still apologise which makes me a lot more angry with really less choices
