There isn’t many dining places along with the hills but we found this eating place which has good review and myself and my friends visited this restaurant. The meals was among the best we acquired up to now in kundasang and acceptable cost. They arefamous for the fried pork knuckles and 2 more meals but we didn’t purchase that .

This place is really a little hard to identify, especially during the night cos it is a small shop along a dark road. The signboard for the cafe wasn't lighted up, uncertain if it had been faulty or it's like this! We arrived almost 8pm and luckily it wasstill open up. Service was quick and the meals was proficient at reasonable costs. Since there are just a few tables, you may have to hold back during busy meal periods.

Their wild boar curry is great. Serving as appetizer will be their bitter gourd fried with salted egg yolk - excellent finger food and will come in pretty big part. A normal wooden house ambient nonetheless it does not have any wife or data accessibility. Are available easilywith Waze.

Stopped here for lunch time while on the path to Kinabalu National Park. Its a wooden get rid of basically with few good sized round tables. This place is well-known for their wild boar meat.. Staff is quite friendly. Their Sabah veg. & mushroom, Pork Knuckle, crazy boar curry, etc certainly are a must try here... Overall a refreshing knowledge and tasty foods with reasonable price..

Came here right before 6pm for supper. Almost full. There isn't much restaurants to select within Kundasang. Food here's cheap and nice.

Just soon after the Kinabalu park entrance on the path to kundasang, you will notice this eatery with a lot of cars park outdoors. In very first glance, you truly don’t expect much out of this small eatery with the encompassing and setup. But a very important factor that willsurprise you will be how good the meals flavor. From the pork knuckle to the curry venison. Therefore come for the meals and ignore the create.

Noticed that the pork curry has been good here. However, these were nto helping pork any more since swine flu had been reported recently. We purchased the lamb curry also it was totally to die for ! Venison was good too. However, the quantity of houseflies at thepremises has been unbearable.

It had been late afternoon by enough time we found its way to Kundasang, the famous tourist hotspots for holidaymakers. It had been not assisting that it rained in those days, making checking-in a discomfort in the arse. The elements was quite cool as this city is situated inthe Highland area close to the foothill of Mount Kinabalu. There have been few options to select for dinner predicated on my itinerary list. But I made a decision to drive more out the town to the 89 Station which on the road part between Mount Kinabalu Recreation area & Kundasang. ◾fried regional mushroom - perhaps we had been hungry or simply the mushrooms were strong fried perfectly.. we polished the plate in under 3 minutes actually before our next dish has been served. ◾Bah Kut Teh - making use of pork ball & pork tummy, this wasn't the very best bah kut teh that people had, but the winter made this dish somehow tasted better. ◾stewed wild boar meats - wild boar meat had been aplenty of this type, which stewed dish has been nicely completed and it's really gravy paired along with the rice flawlessly. The meats was also tender. ◾serious fried pork shank - this should be among the best heavy fried pork shank that We had. The skin had been crispy and crunchy as the fat and meats remained moist & juicy. Like Thai style strong fried pork shank. ◾site fried Sabah veggie - uncertain what vegetable it had been nonetheless it resembles paku-pakis and within abundance of this type. It proved that my choice paid off, because so many of the food items provided warmth to the hungry souls. We arrived shortly prior to the whole location was filled with diners. Some starving customers had to hold back outside.

After reading very much reviews from TA, we made a decision to dine in right here. Actually we ate here two times! We didn’t find out it closed at 6.20pm, luckily we called before we came plus they informed us will closed from 6.20pm daily. Therefore we rushed from ourhotel, Sutera Sanctuary that is only about 2km. We ordered the fried pork shank, fried mushrooms, vegetables, among others (make reference to pics). Food was great, big portions, staff are usually friendly. Suggested for non-halal food.
