Im quite definitely disappointed with the conversation of Shang-rila. This occurred when I inquired for valentines dinner present. They delivered me a collection dinner menu also it was mentioned there RM 200 per few. I has been like "wow, pretty good, they provide RM 200 percouple for the set menus". I went. But, right before I deliver them the charge card authorisation form to verify my reservation, I did so a research on-line about Azur's valentines supper again. I found that lots of bloggers emphasizing that it is in fact RM 200 per individual, rather than per couple. Therefore, I known as Azur to confirm. It had been really RM 200 per individual. HOW MISLEADING Shang-rila will be!! Dear Management, PLEASE Study Just before APPROVING ANY QUOTATION DELIVERED TO PUBLIC!!

As stated in the overview of Putrajaya Shangri-Una. Cheap cutlery, gaudy set up and worst of most, the food is poor, subpar at best, not at all fine dining. Acquired the spaghetti vongole and the mushroom risotto and both had been very poorly done - dried out, tasteless. The risotto especially, I'm sure was underdone. Very disappointed taking into consideration the prices we pay out. Didn't have dessert once we were so defer by our mains.

Had supper at the eating place and food is merely OK... Understandable that the hotel isn't very busy. Good Salad and Major. Desert too.

Started off having an indescribably great lime mocktail and the plate of mushroom soup that was incredibly great. I had a poultry with a light covering of parmesan cheese and an orange/ginger sauce with more fresh vegetables including infant carrots, squash, capers, and mushrooms. It was5 Superstar for a 3-4 star cost and I would suggest it.

We'd lunch at Azur in 21 July 2015. Food has been of a superior quality and elegantly presented. Portions had been generous, and included hot rolls and a little complimentary canape. Prices were great, as you would expect at the Shangri-La Hotel. Two-course lunch time for twoadults without beverages was over RM150. Service isn't contained in prices on the menus. Service has been pleasant but leisurely (lunch time took about 90 mins). We visited predicated on Lonely Planet's suggestion of the "excellent worth" set lunch time (supposedly RM40/grownup). Although we explicitly questioned for this we were informed it isn't available.

Very small Eating place serving western food. Not really overfull in that night time but main training course took over one hour, had been cold and completely overcooked. Not worthy of going again

Shangrila. A famous establishment worldwide but delivered down by the inept and unqualified staffs manning the cafe. We proceeded to go for a supper. Ok, the hotel has already been unimpressive for a Shangrila (looks similar to a mid course motel than anything), and the restaurant room waseven smaller. Only 15 tables by my count. The waiting staffs had been absolutely under educated, their English were poor, and they can't actually remember the currently scarce options in the menus. After each order, they'll make use of their pen to stage again at our menus for confirmation that was a little un-5 starrish I'd say. I also overheard the next desk buying a steak and mentioned moderate and the waiter requested.. Medium? The indegent but patient English man was kind good enough to explain. I ordered the bottle of Chianti. The waiter emerged, demonstrated me the bottle, walked back again to his station, 1 minute later, returned with the bottle popped opened up (what?? How could they will have opened the bottle someplace else and not up for grabs) and poured half of a glass well worth without even requesting a taste. Most severe of most, the pouring etiquette has been all wrong aswell. Bottle was virtually leaning on the cup. I purchased a lamb shank, wanting to close an attention to all or any those ineptness but I had been disappointed once again. The lamb has been over prepared and drenched in a few peppery tomato sauce. OMG. End of tale. Never again and I'd tell the Shangrila band of hotels, Pls close this right down to avoid further embarrassment to the complete chain. Been to many Shangrilas in Asia which one tops the checklist for the most severe by way of a very far significantly mile. Actually none of the Shangrilas I head to has actually been fulfilled with ridicule. That one simply tops it. It's ridiculous and horrendous.

We had supper here and were the only real diners. Sadly the meals did not surpass Shangri-La specifications and the meals looked much better on the site than personally. The waiter was helpful enough and the meals was fine but had been expecting something specialfor the costs they cost and the trustworthiness of the hotel. Desire had simply dined in the the standard dining area and saved a whole lot.

Don't bother booking, don't bother eating, simply don't bother heading... it really is of low quality at all. Employees were friendly and useful... within what they might do.
