Not sure if it's the culture to the chain or simply the night shift group managing this outlet within Puchong. We had been greated by way of a rude chinese boy, dont grin very much, dont bother explaining very much, and dont care very much. Being truly a frontliner, the mostimportant factor is courtesy, which completely dont can be found at all in this wall plug. The music was very loud we cant also hear ourselves believe, whatmore talk. Perhaps this is simply not the kind of cafe that you can sit down and talk and more that you should be considered a loner and pay attention to chinese mind banging music. Won't ever arrived at this chain again. Such a disappointment.
