What is the reason that you build the Drive Thru however the Drive Thru always closed?Which cause us have to order in the Kiosk but have to stand and await 30mins only will get my order.Speechless......

The nice = order cepat siapkan, tmpt dine in selesa dgn bersihThe bad = kalau dah nmpak cust tetiba beratur kat kaunter ramai2 tu ckp la kene order kt kiosk. Dah tgok 1 kiosk OOO 1 kiosk kt belakang sapa nak nmpk. Dah cust termenung ramai2 tggu kat kaunter mcm semut beratur.

For inside order, came here multiple times and only one 1 staff at counter. Very2 slow. Need to wait 20 to 30mins for single order. Came multiple times and its own same.Drive thru is fast however they close it on non peak hours.
