Ordered the dry chilli pan mee (辣椒板面) to use. Great pan mee texture! Noodles are thick and chewy, and the dried chilli is good (with just a little hint of sweetness - sugar inside?). Might need to hold back just a little on the chilli if you are not too good with spicy stuffs. But! I'll minus one star because my egg was overcooked - I was expecting the bursting effect when I poked in to the yolk, nonetheless it seems it's already hardened ... PS. The dried pan mee includes a normal size bowl of soup. It is possible to help yourself with the chilli from the central table close to the counter.One very last thing I like concerning this place is they offer a few various kinds of homemade drinks.
