First-time having a cross section slice of winter season melon inside the wintermelon soup bottom for steamboat. It band of winter melon really became ideal for keeping certain foods in a confined region, instead of trying to catch them throughout the whole pot.The soup base was tasty, though the portion just a little small. Environment was clear and service has been prompt, however they need to place a little smile on the faces.
