In the event that you fancy Japanese steamboat I will suggest to use this place out. Not really the very best neither not the most severe. The setup is easy and cozy. Desk is pretty large and spacious. Each diners could have their very own individual pot that is excellent...for hygienepurposes. Each diners might have their preferred selection of broth. We'd the sukiyaki and poultry broth. Frankly, I love the sukiyaki broth right from the start but it is fairly hard to be eating this broth for any period of time as it is fairly 'salty'. Whereas the poultry broth had not been that 'strong' and will be consumed for any period of time. You may already know steamboat dining is intended to end up being 'slow and simple' ....to enable you to enjoy every second of it. The staff was very helpful once we needed some advice about the ordering and attempting to understand what's waiting for you from the menu. After running right through the menus throughly with the employees we made a decision to order the two 2 pax set basically known as Deluxe Shabu For just two 2. We find the NZ Beef established...to create things easy. Tucked at a large part was several condiments and sauces that you could mixed and matched along with. There was garlic essential oil, freshly cut garlic, bird chilli, sesame essential oil, chilli sauce, freshly cut spring onions, etc.... Food quality is very good comparing with the 'neighbours'. Floor staff was quite helpful and attentive despite the fact that there is some mild communication problems (I reckon they're not so English literate), and the part was good however, not much selections for the fixed. The only downside may be the price. It had been VERY pricey thinking of we only ordered a collection for just two 2 pax @ RM79.65.

Crowded so it should be good. Cost is ok plus they offer a broad selection of soup base for the shabu /Japanese steam boat. The purchase price is ok just taking into consideration the meat portion. Vegetables had been adequate though not really generous in amount.

The meal sets are fairly priced and is fairly filling too. Most of all, there are a number of soup options to be selected from. However, there may be a long await dinner if reservations aren't made during supper.

Pls AVOID likely to Jiroshabu for big groupings,6 persons and over. Majority are foreign employees plus they have trouble knowing English. They're assigned to greatly help take reservations and frequently disappointed as table isn't available based on the number of individuals as per reservations.Remember, that is Japanese steamboat....each individual is eligible for a pot to cook their very own food. I actually was there yesterday for supper with my children and friends. Booked 2 tables, 1 desk for 5 people and another for 6 persons. Employees by the title of Zac got my reservation. I repeated my reservations several instances to Zac and he recognized my reservation no mention about eating place is fully booked. We arrived about 20 mins late as visitors was quite poor and trouble locating carpark. We were once again disappointed by the services...only one 1 table for 8 persons was reserved for all of us. 3 pax has been left position....reply from staff has been sorry...pls wait some time. We looked around...the majority of the tables simply got their food and it'll be considered a long wait. There exists a Chinese lady in back of the counter downstairs and she actually is Not really customer friendly. Her expression obviously shows she is not really bothered with the reservation and indirectly informing us to simply wait or proceed to another restaurant

Ala-Carte Shabu shabu place with selections of soup. Overall food are great and fresh. Downsizing component is just the cost of the meals is slightly costly. They should give a buffet type. Difficult to find parking around

DISAPPOINTING! The only method I can explain the place. I am not a enthusiast of steamboat but my partner, I have no selection but to give directly into her. So, I’ve produced a booking (can’t keep in mind the time) at 7:30pm. Upon arrival, informed a ladystanding at the counter (the girl boss?) that my booking and my title. While that evening was a occupied one, she informed us to hold back outside while they're preparing our table. That is fine as the place had been so small. In a short time, many came walk-in and instantly they got their table. I went in once again and asked the girl where’s my table? Properly, she forgot about any of it! Therefore, I inquired her...what’s the idea of earning a reservation? She present no apology and what so ever, and we have been first time consumer. With that remaining us an extremely bad impression, never am i going to return back there again. Food was so thus, nothing at all to shout about. Supplying good meat but other people are simply fish balls and the standard steamboat stuff. However the whole event still left me and my partner feeling really disappointed. We don’t expect a respond from the management due to the way they deal with reservations, We guessed that’s the direction they run their business.

WOW... first time getting Shabu and I’m hooked. So several flavoursome soup bases to pick from. I experienced the Miso structured one also it was so tasty. Fresh, tasty, plenty of variety and a lot of enjoyable. Stunning interiors. Friendly personnel. Loved that everyone got theirown private hotpot and that there is as a “sauce bar”. Will certainly be when next in KL.

Attained 8.38 pm on 24.12.2019 but our order was only keyed in at 9.24 pm, only directly after we asked why other tables who came in after us were served before us. I produced allowances because it was a complete house therefore i didn't rushthem before 2 tables who emerged after us were offered. For the girl boss and 2 personnel never to notice that the initial table nearest the entranceway hadn't received any meals after nearly one hour, is quite unprofessional. Around 9 pm I examined on our purchase and requested for at the very least our beverage purchase of 3 iced teas to be offered to us, however when offering us the beverages they failed to check if the food purchase has been keyed in. It will have got triggered them to question why the kitchen had not been alerted of the beverages for the table and check appropriately. As my mother-in-legislation said, the restaurant employees were not delicate to realise that desk No. 1 had not been offered for a long period. Then after the purchase had been keyed in at 9.24 pm, probably the most junior waiter arrived with another 3 cups of iced tea at 9.30 pm! He U-turned back again to the kitchen directly after we viewed him and pointed to the eyeglasses already on our desk. Awhile afterwards another waiter found ask us to hold back 5 more mins. My mother-in-regulation muttered under her breath, "we've waited such a long time already, what's another five minutes!" At 9.44 pm, only directly after we asked about our spinach order, they informed us there is no spinach and changed to garland veggie. Later I questioned for the seafood paste that was supposed to include the two 2 pax arranged, but until we still left it was not really served. Neither do we have the wet towels which all the tables got. We completed our dinner at 10.20 pm. No apology has been tendered but we received a free bowl of egg tofu. The costs was RM119.80 however they should possess deducted the expense of the fish paste that i did not get.

Quiet a good spot to eat. They provide individual hotpot which means you don't have to combat over which soup you as well as your friends want. Cost is okay, reasonably priced and quality is great. Service is okay.

Ideal lil Japanese Shabu Eating place in PJ. Fresh meats platters and great collection of soups. Certainly a hotpot joint worthy of going to. Prices are reasonable, and service is great. Can't go wrong in the event that you swing by here.
