10/09/2022 has been my birthday. I visited key recipe OU to get a slice of cake. I request to include a happy birthday notice on the cake. 1st, they forgot to create it. I have to get back to them and said once again. They create it. However the tulisan is indeed buruk which makes me crying at that moment. It was my birthday celebration. But i acquired treated like that. Just like the tulisan is actually buruk. Dahla i celebrate birthday celebration sorang tau

Had really bad encounter on father's Day.Personnel there is not pleasant and really slow for helping a good cake just must cut.So I opt to gather the cake at counter because of staff says that only 3 personnel in order that very busy.Employees ask me to chair and wait will last the cake, but nonetheless no serve actually cake is reduce and seating from counter.THEREFORE I decide to gather by myself because of employees is busy. But employees ask me to chair and will last once again and complain me to some other staff members angry and "Ish!" And clearly in a position to hear before my hearing.And I make increase this concern to key receipt about attitude provide by personnel there, just stating sorry not empathy service providers really ded by them.Won't visit this branch once again.

Your personnel really bad at servicing your visitors. I must wait a lot more than 20 min for just two 2 slice cake in eliminate. Meanwhile not many customers within my visit. Really bad

Been looking forward to 20min simply for a slice of cake which have been baked and delivered by the HQ. Btw that ROSTINAH child need plenty of training. Undoubtedly ROSTINAH may be the rudedess types among your staff right here. That ROSTINAH will not put the menus properly up for grabs, instead she simply throw the menu up for grabs. Hanis been performing all good. Really skip the Filipino guy which used to work right here. Staff need plenty of training, your web menu need more enhancement. I said it once again, that ROSTINAH kid require improvement on customer support.

Had spaghetti bolognese (beef) on monday 14/3/22The bit too oily for me personally which causes muak.. were able to complete the spaghetti noodle just however, not the beef bolognese ㅎㅎFurthermore their menu banyak sold-out on that day that is i dont understand why..
