This is a tiny scruffy place in the event that you consider it but fairly typical, I assume of an area restaurant/ café in a KL suburb. We'd dinner there also it was quite Okay but out there of a number of meals, the bestwas the pork and yam. Very delicious. Otherwise the steamed seafood and the steamed poultry were both ordinary - a lot of areas can do exactly the same if not really much better. Bust therefore the service was slow. Car parking is difficult - definitely on a Saturday night

This restaurant is situated in a row of shops right smack in the center of a residential area. Therefore finding parking is hard on weekends. The crowd is large and be prepared to wait time for a table and another very long wait forthe food to be served. The braised Pork Knuckle was excellent. The meats had been flavorful and tender and the sauce really was tasty. The Claypot Drinking water Spinach (“Kangkung”) was amazingly delicious. The fresh veggies flavored with fried pork lard had been therefore tasty, we ordered another helping. The steamed red snapper was disappointing. First of all, the fish was as well tiny and the part was insufficient for the group size. After that, it had been cooked wrongly so when we rejected it, your kitchen simply transformed the seasoning on a single ‘recycled’ seafood, re-steamed and offered it. Obviously, the little seafood was severely over prepared. This shows that because of this restaurant, quality handle was less essential than cost control. The Salted Egg & Oats Squid was underwhelming. As the squids weren't over cooked however the flavoring was not tasty. This dish really was forgettable. Overall, the laundry were just typical. The food portion sizes are little and waiting period is longer. Hungry diners might become angry diners too. The restaurant is actually cramped so you'll find nothing going for ambiance. Program from the purchase taker was great, serving staff had been harried and robotic and your kitchen crew was unimpressive. The easy meal cost near RM200 which is very costly for a run-of-the-mill neighborhood eatery. Whilst there have been some good dishes however the whole experience didn't inspire us to become back for more.

Overall the meals is good. A few of the portion is really a bit small, therefore have to order more meals. Could be very crowded sometimes. Challenging to find parking, have to recreation area at the residential region and walk a little.

I pretty much summed upward the must-trys in the topic above since they were outstanding meals among all that people had. That’s not saying the others of what we purchased paled compared but if you’d desire to narrow down or get yourself a headstart, the aforementioned three will perform the trick. The strong dried pork trotter was included with two flavourful sauces and acar. The Indonesian seafood curry has been unique using its creamy, santan-ny flavour with a amazed steamed egg bottom and the yam basket really was delicious and its own kung po chicken parts were big. Personally, i enjoyed the Hokkien Mee because of its fragrant dark soy sauce though it could absence the “wok hei”but after that, still delicious! General, the meals here retained a particular “homeliness” flavor which we enjoy and we'll definitely return. Notes / Tips 1. We emerged for Sunday supper and the area was loaded, mostly household crowd. It’s a 2-floor restaurant but in the event that you don’t desire to be disappointed, make sure to make reservation. 2. Foods is served quite quick.

We used to regular Hokkien Mee at Damansara Uptown, not until we found this restaurant, we've been loyal here since. The portion listed below are definitely bigger w more sensible price in comparison with the main one we used to dine at. The flavor were fantastictoo, no-one could deny the meals quality right here given the purchase price and place (in PJ). The restaurant is definitely crowded with customers, make certain you're there early or simply involve some good patience to hold back. :)

Afte badminton, if we possess birthdays to celebrate or just a get-jointly, we often head to this location to like a lunch. The foods is definitely good and reasonable. Typically we pay RM40 per individual for a complete meal. We have been a noisy bunchwhen we've 2 tables plus they have in no way complained. It is possible to bring your personal alcohol plus they don't cost you. They're that good! Therefore we shall keep on going over and over and again. Car parking is quite difficult in the pub though. The location is easy and clean.

Very good neighborhood dai chao. Friendly employees. No frills & clean. Sensible pricing. A lot of seating (2 flooring) although does obtain crowded. So reservations will be wise. Parking could be tough. Meals is hit & skip. Some are great while others substandard. Notable oneswould function as fried noodles, homemade taufoo & nyonya steamed seafood. Overall an excellent spot for an instant meal.

We made reservations but man forgot to create it down. Fortunately I arrived before 6:30pm and got a large table (7 adults, 2 teenagers) upstairs. We purchased and meals arrived really quick, and we were completed by 7.15pm! We'd the pork knuckle(quite average, won't order once again), pork ribs (yummy!), "4 heavenly kings" veg & nam yue veg (both excellent), steamed catfish (okay but RM60), salted egg-cereal squid (poor!) and the signature tofu w minced pork (okay). Bill came around RM295 with 6 rice + chinese tea. Great service tho.

It is a popular lunch and dinner place for those who love good local Chinese food at an acceptable SS2-price.
