Eventually me today, where 1st amount of time in my reside i dpt the most severe n bad services distributed by this pizza outlet. I arrive dine in at 8pm but untill 8.50pm i simply obtained mushroom soup n hot milo. Another normal pizza, spagetti, breads n also poultry didnt received ooo. I quickly later i said desire to cancel n compensated what i obtained, u know very well what the boy personnel n girl there's like their branch supervisor i think, they mentioned i cannot cancelled the purchase n if have to cancel i have to paid everything. What the seafood!! They said i currently eat the pizza established n spagetti but we throw back the issue in their mind n said u discover my table will there be any pizza pan on my desk? Any spagetti plate on my desk?? U see only 2 cup of drinking water n 1 glass of mushroom soup correct. So wheres my purchase u said i currently it. 1hr pluss maa i await my order. Finally nothing comingg. Phewww. I quickly simply paid what i obtained. Aftr that, no apologies obtained from they employees. Sombong staff. Worst actually experience within. Bye2 to u pizza hut 1utama branch.

Been here once once the service was alright. Nowadays, I've experienced the most severe service when my purchase was terribly LATE. An individual pizza took them a lot more than 40mins to prepare because of their very own miscommunication at your kitchen. Not my fault. Need to finally take aside because of time constraint. Urgh. Uncertain am gonna repeat the next time.
