Had dinner in a Saturday, through the Chinese New Yr period. The laundry were of the most common high standard. A little disappointing has been the the salmon lou sang emerged all pre-mixed- a little unusual, but maybe as the restaurant was totally full. Other dishes (veggies, tau foo, char siew/siew yoke platter) had been good, only probably the cod was extremely slightly dry. Program was prompt regardless of the full restaurant. Nevertheless an enjoyable meal.

We had a fantastic Peking Duck with fried noodles & Imperial Tofu. Meals was excellent & services was friendly & great..... UNTIL I visited the washroom at 9pm & my guest has been told they're clearing the desk & he'd need to go. Ireturned to get him standing close to the entry of the restaurant looking forward to me. I visited ask what was heading on & they promptly introduced the bill & after that apologised when i asked them that which was the rush because the restaurant is open up till 10pm. There is also staff washing n using rubbish out while we had been eating. Just what a pity to ruin an excellent restaurant with such unusual behaviour. The staff have to realise what's good manners while visitors remain there & figure out how to organise & prioritise their function. Not only rushing to go back home. Really annoying. The trick? Go early & run prior to the mayhem at 9pm!!!

The food here's as usual of a superior quality and tasty. At this juncture, we'd the Peking duck. Your skin and pancakes had been fine, however the accompanying duck dish that has been cooked in pepper had been overdone, producing the duck meats really hard -that was disappointing. In any other case, the salted egg prawns, taufu and veggies were very good.

The ambience remains but we have been a rowdy bunch after good food. Probably the organizer doesn't learn how to order...however the duck was mediocre. The seafood was tasteless. I believe Uncle Roger could have struggled with any superlatives on the fried rice. Thedessert, Crimson Bean Soup....first-time in my life We didn't finish my bowl (and my partner saw my glare when she asked easily wanted another). Actually , what happened to the illustrious restaurant?
