Just finish my lunch time right here 12/8. Terrible lengthy wait but a whole lot tables are usually empty inside. Because of brief handed, And understaffed. Kudos to all or any the staff right here for performing a few work scope at one move. A few waiters right here doing waiting around tables, servingand ordering foods. Thumbs up to all of the staff right here ,though brief handed but nonetheless remain calm mindset 👍 and We'd signature bbq roast pork tummy rice @ RM12.80, signature roast poultry rice @ RM12.80, teochew mai @ RM5.50 and Nam Heong Ipoh Light Coffee Hot @ RM4.60. In all honesty, food served listed below are normal and absolutely nothing to be shout around except nam heong coffee. Nam Heong egg tart and poultry sou are worthy of mentioning too. Another must have from Nam Heong are usually their coffees . Really worth waiting after the lengthy que and for espresso lover like myself. Foods wise are nothing excellent and delicious. The minced ginger offered for the rice are usually nice and a little tad oily.

The ABC didn't have any cendol nor gula Melaka, simply too an excessive amount of pink syrup. Very disappointing. The char kuey teow rode on a wave of lard abd was too salty. Nicely designed restaurant yet room for improvement

A evaluation basically for his or her egg tart and pie. I order for eliminate, specially because of their tart and pie just. They're really good in comparison to many other pie shops around the area.

Disappointed doesn't even commence to describe my a reaction to the meals we ordered. The hor-fun tasted okay but there is a shocking quantity of essential oil in the soup! We ordered a bowl of roast pork (stew-yuk) and a bowl of BBQ pork (char-siew). Both weredismally poor. The roast pork acquired clearly been reheated therefore every piece has been lying in a swimming pool of oil and your skin had been soggy. To be reasonable, they changed it when I complained, Sadly the substitute was no better, simply cold and chewy. The BBQ pork was equally bad. It experienced obviously not been barbecued also to conceal that, they slathered it with a heavy sauce. I've eaten far better BBQ pork at hawker stalls, for significantly less! What really riled me may be the sign that they had posted up, claiming they roast their pork two times each day at 1pm and 6pm, that was the blatant lie or they thought we would assist us pork that was not freshly roasted. I wish I could say differently, but I cannot - This is simply not a eating place that takes pride within their food offerings, not really worth the Nam Heong title.

The coffee is good however, not sure could be said for the meals. The tablet ordering program is really a failure, some the way the monitoring of orders are completely out. The price is actually ridiculous and overrated

I’m not sure just why there are thus many poor reviews right here. We emerged for espresso and desserts after lunch time at a nearby location and we were content with our espresso, President toast and ABC dessert. The President toast includes a generous helping of President butterwith crispy toasted loaf of bread and fragrant lovely kaya. The mixture was ideal. The ABC ice flake dessert had been cool and refreshing. We furthermore just like the brightly lit restaurant using its good seating plans. We didn’t try another food which can’t comment. So, in regards to espresso and desserts, this location delivers that pretty much.

Waiters not attentive. Waived for an excellent 3 minutes before anyone found take orders. Questioned for roast chicken white meat rice but waiter mentioned cannot choose. They offered me the thighs. Simply put in the breasts and thighs in the menus with different costs andwill please customers. Personally, i don’t like thigh therefore the experience had not been great. Ordered one huge part of siew yoke (roast pork) and was disappointed because the skin had not been crispy but chewy that is a big not really for roast pork. For the costs charged will surely get far better elsewhere and much better quality too. Just what a shame to the Nam heong legacy. Just plus for the next star given had been the teh c has been still nearly as good and the butter rice continues to be decent.

The pan mee soup is quite disappointed - only a tea spoon of vege, plenty of oil & most important may be the soup. The soup will be serve colder than comfy...i complaint period the manager plus they reheat it inside the microwave! OMG! U imagine whatwill happened from then on? Soup turn out to be lesser n the noodle is a lot softer. I perform not be expectant of this Nam Heong bring ipoh food brand to possess such a low foods SOP! I’m very dissatisfied! I find yourself eat 1 / 2 of the bowl only.

Popped set for a lunch since i have was in the constructing .Ordered the siew yoke(crispy roast pork stomach), fried wantans and the coffee..the meals arrived in several when it arrived , the siew yoke skin was soft and chewy instead or getting crispy ,the wantans were ok however the size is kinda little ..fortunately the coffee was Okay.. wouldn't recommend the siew yoke right here .probably would be considered a much better choice to go the non halal portion of the supermarket and purchase it now there ..another drawback is definitely that its either using money or credit card from the favepay app to create payment .Eating place ambience and decor are usually good though .

When there is a ZERO rating, I'd have choose that. Siew Yuk (roast pork) is - Soft, Body fat, and Chewy if you don't like it this way, then this eating place is the move to for you. Everything here's reheat inside the microwave! whichis unforeseen for a more developed brand name like Nam Heong, just what a shame and disappointed. Pay with CASH just, no charge card is accepted. Either the owner isn't ready to pay merchant charge for using the charge card services OR Perhaps a sensible way to evade tax with cash selling. I in no way like patronising or assistance a restaurant that NOT ACCEPT CHARGE CARD. Program is below par.
