In November 2017, when my son’s engagement was prepared, the bride family chose Madam Kwan’s because the reception venue. We'd a great time in the eating place. The environment was helpful. They gave us another location. As a vegetarian, the meals was alright. Everybodyate from my foods.

A family group favourite and an excellent spot to savor Peranakan cuisine. Today's supper, there's Beef Rendang, tender beef infused with Aromatic coconut milk and spices. Succulent prawns and petai mix fried in chilli sambal, goes nicely with steamed rice.

THEREFORE I was in Sunway Pyramid working several errands, and I needed to eat some very nice Nasi Lemak. Questioned around and was suggested to visit Madam Kwan's, that i found after getting dropped for the reason that mall! LOL The nasi lemak was a little ofa disappointment - neither the curry nor the sambal reflected the essence of the dish (curry a little bland, and the sambal more chilli with small belacan taste), the achar was so-so. I furthermore got their ABC, which ended up being an even larger disappointment, the shaved ice had been very coarse, and the syrup neither right here nor there in sweetness and taste. Overall, for the two 2 dishes, We thought it was sort of a waste materials of a chance to eat for that lunch time! (Uncertain about other dishes when i didn't try)

We had lunch time at Madam Kwan for the colleague who was simply leave the business. The meals and service was great. We purchased the platter where it was included with a mini plate of asam laksa and curry mee. A little disappointing because the soup wasn't hotenough and the yellowish noodle was a little hard. We also purchased the char kuey teow and fried banana fritters with ice lotion. It was delicious.

This restaurant serves authentic local Malaysian food. Meals is a small pricy though however general food prices has improved in Malaysia. We purchased their well-known Laksa, petai fried rice and char kway teow. It had been tasty nevertheless the standard of these laksa provides dropped. Portionfor their dessert miserably little for RM10....
