Weird, the staff here's not really trained on how best to help customers to place the straw while various other outlets like pavilion does well within offering to greatly help customers to place the straw. The straw plastic-type is design to place straw hygienely however the staff here just open up the straw and touch my straw with bare hands

I like KOI as the golden bubbles therefore soft, like my center.

Their tea is flavourful without having to be acidic and is sufficient to drink without the sugar. While KOI doesn't always offer dark boba their golden bubbles remain pretty good.My preferred item may be the passionfruit tea with aloe vera (sometimes I opt for golden bubbles instead).
