- Cold soft drink does not have any ice rather than cold at all !- Poultry were tasteless.- Missing 1 drink and 1 poultry when picking right up. Luckily I did so checked.- Billed 20cents for plastic material bag.- Worst encounter at KFC. Won't visit this branch once again !

Worse service ever. personnel aren't well trained, purchase a cheezy wedges but keyin under mash potato. I purchased cheezy wedges & twister and got around 20mins to get ready eventhough twister and wedges will be ready to function. They seems more concentrate on online order no program on preparing orders. Supervisors also not helpful and appearance down on ppl. when i request whre is my purchase to the employees, the managerstraightaway appearance at me and whisper to the staff members while considering me. Cust has to ask correct since looking forward to more than 20mins

Worst service...we ordered increase hash dark brown 2 pcs...but i obtain wedges 3pcs just...when i ask the lady(grey uniform),she simply said 'no share n we replace it'...no sorry at all...quite rude...n all of the staff talk inside kelantanese accent...i believe kfc mngment must get serious in this issue...this is simply not the 1st time i am here...
