First-time trying Gindaco, we order this takoyaki with prawn mayonaise at the top and octopus within takoyaki. I believe this takoyaki differs with takoyaki i consume before at another brand name, this takoyaki will be crispy not really soft like others. However the flavour is same.

Tried Cheese Mentaiko Takoyaki. the takoyaki is quickly damaged, not firm sufficient. Still too soft. However it’s still the very best one around i assume as there’s few other options. I reckon the Gindaco in Singapore can perform better.
