Chipta 11A serves a superb fusion of Japanese omakase served with some local components.We ordered the curated place and sat from the counter seats that is recommended. From the initial starter you can have the meal is a begin of something exclusive. Sushi is carefully ready and offered with assam jawa-infused Japanese rice and is a superb combination it is possible to only find here. Additional dishes served were furthermore very unique, like the aged duck with a superstar anise blend flavor. The risotto we'd was also done well. Recommended.

Plenty of room to improve. Inside and ambience is poor, seafood is not fresh new and overpowered with selection of topping. The beef will be badly completed. 2 stars for the chef to be bold in creativeness but it’s not working for me.

Such a find . Foods has been wonderfully omakase styled and introduced . A wonderful fusion of Japanese and regional elements . Notables were ocean bass with seafood broth, Ebi with pomegrate and miniature tomatoes bathed in a luscious santan concoction. JAPAN noodles with ocean urchin and salmon eggs had been delicately improved and lighten with a citrus sauce.
