A perfect lunch here! The place to start? To begin with, the amuse-boche breads. I thoroughly liked it! Each slice is indeed fresh, gentle, fluffy, chewy, wonderful all at exactly the same time! And they provided a re-fill too! Don't believe I've appreciated amuse-boche breads elsewhere just as much as the ones here, delivered me smiles and delight in the beginning of my dinner!The seared Foie Gras with Caramelised Fig was very good only perhaps only a tad bit oily for me personally. Trio Seafood Crudo with Tomato Terrine, just what a beautifully introduced dish therefore refreshing too, original! I did benefit from the Chargrilled Aus Grass-fed Beef Striploin - generous portions and cooked just just how I love my meat (moderate to medium uncommon). Grilled Fish of your day if I'm not really mistaken (or recalled properly) was a Seabass - this is decent but cannot beat all the meals I've had (like the amuse-boche of breads!).Service really was good, employees were attentive and incredibly professional, type and polite! Kudos to the group! Certainly recommend everyone a trip here!
