Went twice. 1st was near some construction function and notice stated will reopen on the 8th august. Went again nowadays on the 14th august also it was nevertheless closed with a lifeless rat inside

Food is okay but sadly service has been so slow. There have been 2 some other diners but i experienced to hold back for 30mins for a collection noodle. By enough time i got my meals, it wasn't hot.

I saw an enormous rat just now within your premise. It climbed onto the infant high seat. I walked directly into inform a waitress inside but she mentioned "takpe la". All the best to diners with infants.

Your meal might taste great, with that 'paid' jalan jalan cari makan acknowledgement, but service and personnel attitude = zero

Visited during puasa time period, the majority of the food possess sold out... However the food part is good, simply the taste may not meet my expectation.

The meals is good however the service needs vast improvements. The opening hrs is stated as 11:30am however when I proceeded to go there at 11:45am (before Ramadan), these were not prepared - they thought to come at 12:30pm. If they weren't prepared, they didn't even ask easily needed anything, they simply viewed me and i want to remain there until I got to approach someone in the cafe myself.Their kitchen can be closed from 2-5pm. It's at a mall! Most dining places at a mall are usually open all day every day. I wanted to get takeaway at 3pm for buka puasa however they said to keep coming back at 5pm. I have no idea if they possess a particular rest time for his or her personnel during Ramadan but should they do, after that pls explain perfectly to the client and don't just tell keep coming back at 5pm.Administration, pls enhance your customer service.
