Since it is pandemic, the tables were partitioned with corrugated boards. The seating were basic, nothing fancy, designed to eat and go. The staff were mainly young and energetic locals. The meals was of good portion and very tasty. Ordered Chee Cheong Enjoyable, Hokkien Char,Assam Laksa and Lobak. Here's my verdict: Chee Cheong Enjoyable - the noodle was just a little dried out and tough, nevertheless the prawn paste was aromatic, thick and delicious. Hokkien Char - overall flavor OK, but just a little bland and the sauce too runny. Assam Laksa - the very best dish. Filled with flavour and matching among the best in KL and Penang. An absolute must have for this restaurant Lobak - excellent. Will be heading back again to use their other dishes, specifically their Char Kuey Teow. Lobak

The restaurant has already been rearranged to range the tables, plus they have put into it by adding corrugated plastic boards among tables for extra safety. Nevertheless, I chose takeaway this time around for 4 meals; hokkien mee, assam laksa, lobak and chee cheong enjoyable.Hokkien mee was just a little bland and the sauce about the watery aspect. The lobak was great with complete flavours. The chee cheong enjoyable a disappointment, with the prawn paste too solid as the noodle was just a little hard. The star certainly is the assam laksa, among the best. Nice heavy soup filled with flavour and generous helping of ingredient, specifically the fish. I will end up being back again to try their other meals.
