Bad service. Tak friendly. Kfc rengit kena send staff pergi training how exactly to serve customer nicely. Cust tunggu kat kaunter staff ada kat depan kehulu kehilir depan kaunter tak ada satu pun staff tegur suruh tunggu kejap ke apa. Lepas tu sorang staff datang tercegat depan kaunter tengok kita tanpa sepatah ayat keluar. Contoh: ye Puan nak order apa? Atau pun : hi selamat dtg ke kfc! Sampai cust nak kena tanya dah boleh order ke? Then dah amik duit return balance tanpa sepatah ayat terima kasih! Seriously poor!!
