Got the Ngau Chap noodles (beef soup brew in cinnamon, cloves and star anise). In-house cool smoked tuna and "yee sang" (raw seafood ceviche) with wasabi has been best ever. Usually "yee sang" (raw seafood ceviche) is offered during chinese brand-new year, but right here anytime youlike. Will attempt the in-home tom yam next vacation.
