Place: an open air flow restaurant that is clearly a bit run-down and traditional (if u don't brain) but totally allows someone to be immersed inside a Malay culture. Amazing. They specialise in rice with fried poultry and spicy poultry paste (sambal).Service: purchase was prompt and quick. Satisfactory service here. Meals came fairly quick ~ around 10 mins after ordering.Foods:1. Nasi ayam goreng sambal (fried poultry with spicy seafood paste): wow, I have to say that I has been astonished by the flavour user profile of the poultry sambal. The rice had been prepared with tomato sauce rendering it show up reddish. The poultry was braised to master moisture and the meats simply fell off the bones as soon as picked aside. The rice had not been soggy or too dried out, it was perfectly. The sambal wasn't as well spicy with a tinge of sweetness to it causeing this to be a wonderfully appetising dish. Verdict: try out this if ure in your community.
