It is a special occasions location, but just what a superb connection with French nouvelle cuisine with a solid Japanese influence. Supper is really a feast for the senses and the title, Kioku (memory) is focused on motivation. The atmosphere is advanced and your kitchen is open up conceptwith some theatre that is matched by the innovative ways that each training course is served. I've had their pebble menus twice in fact it is superb, beautifully introduced, cleverly conceived and completely rewarding. They will have a wine space, rather than list; clients are taken to watch the bottles and discuss what they might like - different and incredibly memorable, that is what it's about. It's pricey, but a snip for an using this planet encounter and a fraction of what it could cost in Singapore.
